Michelle Marks-Osborne is a student at the University of North Carolina Wilmington in the Graduate Liberal Studies Program. In addition to serving as the Managing Editor of Palaver, she also serves as an Executive Board Member and DEI Chair of the Graduate Student Association (GSA). She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies from Hampton University in Virginia. Professionally, she is the owner and Principal Consultant at The Marks-Osborne Group LLC, providing a variety of services, within the DEIB space, with a focus on anti-racism and anti-misogynoirism. Michelle loves to travel, cooking and entertaining, uncovering her family’s genealogy, as well as spending time with her dog, Beaux.
